I was born and raised in central China. After college graduation, I moved to Europe to continue my study in hospitality, and years working in Holland, the US, China, India, and Montenegro. Now I have settled myself on the Adriatic coast.
I started to practice yoga in high school as part of the exercise, however, after my first visit to Tibet, I realized that yoga is not just exercise but a lifestyle. Completing Lu Jong 1 teachers training with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche was a life-changing experience. From there I continued to explore the balance of life and deepen my knowledge of Buddhism, Currently, I am practicing and teaching Lu Jong1 body movements, Tsa Lung practice, Shiné meditation, Kum Nye massage, and Tibetan singing bowl healing treatment.
